Our spa and therapists keep looking for value added...what we can give the guest without them asking. We've come up and use several ideas...our own bottled spray freshner and the extra cream we have left after their spa treatment. Spa guests really appreciate the nice gesture. Make me feel like you actually care that I am your guest, and I will return many times over and you will see many referrals from me!! Isn't that extra money worth your time???!?!?! It's nice to pretend to be in another place but sometimes you just want to be home. It's true everything you write will reflect you. I totally agree with this! I have been watching Tabatha’s Takeover and she says the same thing with salons. The insides have to be presentable and clean. This is true especially with salons in major cities.
